Tourist Tax Balearic Islands
From 1st July 2016 customers will be required to pay a sustainable Tourism Tax of 2,20€ per Pers/Day. The tax has to be paid on site.
Children under age of 16 are exempt from the tax

Studio: small apartment for 2 guests

Suite: medium appartement for 2-3 guests

Junior Suite: Loft appartement fo 2 guests

Grand Suite: spacious apartment for max. 4 guests

Residenz: very spacious apartment for max. 6 guests

Villa: detached villa for max. 6 guests

Arrival

Drive on the highway to the northeast towards Santa Eulalia. After you have passed trough Santa Eulalia on the main street, you come to a roundabout.Choose the second exit in direction St. Carlos where you turn sharply left after the S curve in San Carlos and the tiny bar ANITA to your left. you cross a crest and after a 100 meters turn left at the first junction towards Cala San Vicente.

Follow this road for approximately 2 miles. Watch out for the milage marker (which actually is a kilometer marker KM 16. 300 meter moor you encounter and the left street banner to white rock on painted with our logo and Hacienda Encanto del rio.
